Chicken shack is always delicious (hence why your looking to go there )! The staff has always been friendly, the speed of service is always timely and the workers seem to always trying to use their best performance. I've never had a problem at this location. Side note: a bit late but I'd like to add that I placed a carry out order on New Years Eve. Unfortunately the entire surrounding cities decided to carry out from here as well (being their so delicious) and the store was very backed up and busy. With that being said the employees working that shift handled the situation so perfectly. With social distancing taken place, the line was out the door, on the coldest night yet. The line kept moving though and they got everyone taken care of respectfully and quickly. So good job to the shift leaders and staff.

I've been to this Chicken Shack many times since '20, and it's never disappointed. My last time here was when I picked up food for the gentlemen who were providing a household goods moving service for me in the summer of '23. Their chicken sandwich is a real contender with Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich. They offer a discount for veterans and active military as well. This is a neighborhood staple that everyone should visit.
Good enough. I was dissapointed with the kraft tartar sauce. How much effort would it take to make your own tartar sauce?
Nicely done. Lots of food that tasted great. They were swamped with Mother’s Day and they were doing a great job moving orders out. Keep up the great work.

Always good food. I order tenders, potatoes and fried mushrooms on the regular and never been disappointed. Make sure to add extra notes when it comes to ordering sauces. I have ordered and paid for sauces and receive them about 25% of the time.
